Vehicle inspection PDFs are sent to OpenAI as a service provider so that Barrichello can generate the requested analysis. Barrichello requests deletion of its temporary OpenAI file after processing completes. The original PDF and generated analysis remain in Barrichello so that authorized users can reopen their report history.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We retain account details, uploaded reports, and generated analyses only as long as necessary to provide report history and comply with legal requirements.
