You grant Barrichello a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use this data for the purposes of delivering and improving our services.

Barrichello provides services “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the estimates, results, or insights generated by our platform.

You agree that Barrichello will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Barrichello, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

All report plan purchases on Barrichello are prepaid and non-refundable. Reports are credited to your account instantly and are available for use at your discretion.

Because these are digital credits delivered immediately, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds after a successful payment. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@xodelabs.com and we will investigate the issue promptly.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
